Il me dit : "Que vois-tu ?"Je dis : "Je vois un rouleau qui vole; sa longueur est de vingt coudées et sa largeur de dix coudées." | And he said unto me, What seest thou? And I answered, I see a flying roll; the length thereof is twenty cubits, and the breadth thereof ten cubits. | L'angelo mi disse: Che cosa vedi?. Io risposi: Vedo un rotolo che vola; la sua lunghezza è di venti cubiti, e la sua larghezza di dieci cubiti. |
| 3 | Et il me dit : C'est la malédiction qui sort sur la face de tout le pays ; car, selon ce qui y est écrit, quiconque dérobe sera balayé d'ici, et, selon ce qui y est écrit, quiconque jure sera balayé d'ici. | Then said he unto me, This is the curse that goeth forth over the face of the whole land: for every one that stealeth shall be cut off on the one side according to it; and every one that sweareth shall be cut off on the other side according to it. | Allora egli mi disse: Questa è la maledizione che si sta spargendo su tutto il paese; perché da ora in poi, chiunque ruba sia reciso da esso e chiunque da ora in poi giura, sarà reciso da esso. |

| 8 | Il dit : "Cette femme est l'improbité."Et il la repoussa au milieu de l'épha et jeta sur l'ouverture de celui-ci la masse de plomb. | And he said, This is Wickedness: and he cast her down into the midst of the ephah; and he cast the weight of lead upon the mouth thereof. | Allora egli disse: Questa è la malvagità. E la gettò in mezzo all'efa, quindi gettò il coperchio di piombo sulla sua apertura. |

| 10 | Je dis à l'ange qui parlait avec moi : "Où emportent-elles; l'épha ?" | Then said I to the angel that talked with me, Whither do these bear the ephah? | Così domandai all'angelo che parlava con me: Dove portano l'efa costoro?. |
| 11 | Il me répondit : "Elles l'emportent pour lui bâtir une maison au pays de Sennaar; et, quand elle aura été fondée, on le placera là en son lieu. | And he said unto me, To build her a house in the land of Shinar: and when it is prepared, she shall be set there in her own place. | Egli mi rispose: Nel paese di Scinar per costruirle una casa, quando sarà pronta l'efa sarà collocata sul suo piedistallo. |
