| 1 | Et l'ange qui parlait avec moi revint et me réveilla comme un homme qu'on réveille de son sommeil. | And the angel that talked with me came again, and waked me, as a man that is wakened out of his sleep. | Quindi l'angelo che parlava con me tornò e mi svegliò come si sveglia uno dal sonno. |
| 2 | Et il me dit: Que vois-tu? Et je dis: Je vois, et voici un chandelier tout d'or, et une coupe à son sommet; et ses sept lampes sur lui: sept lampes et sept conduits pour les lampes qui sont à son sommet; | And he said unto me, What seest thou? And I said, I have seen, and, behold, a candlestick all of gold, with its bowl upon the top of it, and its seven lamps thereon; there are seven pipes to each of the lamps, which are upon the top thereof; | E mi domandò: Che cosa vedi?. Risposi: Ecco, vedo un candelabro tutto d'oro che ha in cima un vaso, su cui ci sono sette lampade con sette tubi per le sette lampade che stanno in cima. |
| 3 | et deux oliviers auprès de lui, l'un à droite de la coupe, et l'autre à sa gauche. | and two olive-trees by it, one upon the right side of the bowl, and the other upon the left side thereof. | Vicino ad esso stanno due ulivi, uno a destra del vaso e l'altro alla sua sinistra. |
| 4 | Et je pris la parole et dis à l'ange qui parlait avec moi, disant: Que sont ces choses, mon seigneur? | And I answered and spake to the angel that talked with me, saying, What are these, my lord? | Così presi a dire all'angelo che parlava con me: Signor mio, che cosa significano queste cose?. |
| 5 | Et l'ange qui parlait avec moi répondit et me dit: Ne sais-tu pas ce que sont ces choses? | Then the angel that talked with me answered and said unto me, Knowest thou not what these are? And I said, No, my lord. | L'angelo che parlava con me rispose e mi disse: Non comprendi ciò che significano queste cose?. Io dissi: No, mio signore. |
| 6 | Et je dis: Non, mon seigneur. Et il répondit et me parla, disant: C'est ici la parole de l'Éternel à Zorobabel, disant: Ni par force, ni par puissance, mais par mon Esprit, dit l'Éternel des armées. | Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of Jehovah unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith Jehovah of hosts. | Allora egli, rispondendo, mi disse: Questa è la parola dell'Eterno a Zorobabel; Non per potenza né per forza, ma per il mio Spirito, dice l'Eterno degli eserciti. |
| 7 | Qui es-tu, grande montagne, devant Zorobabel? Tu deviendras une plaine; et il fera sortir la pierre du faîte avec des acclamations: Grâce, grâce sur elle! | Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel [thou shalt become] a plain; and he shall bring forth the top stone with shoutings of Grace, grace, unto it. | Chi sei tu, o grande monte? Davanti a Zorobabel diventerai pianura. Ed egli farà andare avanti la pietra della vetta tra grida di: "Grazia, grazia su di lei!". |
| 8 | Et la parole de l'Éternel vint à moi, disant: | Moreover the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying, | La parola dell'Eterno mi fu nuovamente rivolta, dicendo: |
| 9 | Les mains de Zorobabel ont fondé cette maison, et ses mains l'achèveront; et tu sauras que l'Éternel des armées m'a envoyé vers vous. | The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and thou shalt know that Jehovah of hosts hath sent me unto you. | Le mani di Zorobabel hanno gettato le fondamenta di questo tempio e le sue mani lo porteranno a compimento; allora riconoscerai che l'Eterno degli eserciti mi ha mandato a voi. |
| 10 | Car qui a méprisé le jour des petites choses? Ils se réjouiront, ces sept-là, et verront le plomb dans la main de Zorobabel: ce sont là les yeux de l'Éternel qui parcourent toute la terre. | For who hath despised the day of small things? for these seven shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel; [these are] the eyes of Jehovah, which run to and fro through the whole earth. | Chi ha potuto disprezzare il giorno delle piccole cose? Ma quei sette si rallegrano a vedere il filo a piombo nelle mani di Zorobabel. Questi sette sono gli occhi a dell'Eterno che percorrono tutta la terra. |
| 11 | Et je répondis et lui dis: Que sont ces deux oliviers à la droite du chandelier, et à sa gauche? | Then answered I, and said unto him, What are these two olive-trees upon the right side of the candlestick and upon the left side thereof? | Io risposi e gli dissi: Questi due ulivi a destra e a sinistra del candelabro cosa sono?. |
| 12 | Et je répondis une seconde fois et lui dis: Que sont les deux branches des oliviers qui, à côté des deux conduits d'or, déversent l'or d'elles-mêmes? | And I answered the second time, and said unto him, What are these two olive-branches, which are beside the two golden spouts, that empty the golden [oil] out of themselves? | Per la seconda volta presi a dirgli: Cosa sono questi due rami di ulivo che stanno accanto ai due condotti d'oro da cui è fatto defluire l'olio dorato?. |
| 13 | Et il me parla, disant: Ne sais-tu pas ce qu'elles sont? Et je dis: Non, mon seigneur. | And he answered me and said, Knowest thou not what these are? And I said, No, my lord. | Egli mi rispose e disse: Non comprendi ciò che sono questi?. Io risposi: No, mio signore. |
| 14 | Et il dit: Ce sont les deux fils de l'huile, qui se tiennent auprès du Seigneur de toute la terre. | Then said he, These are the two anointed ones, that stand by the Lord of the whole earth. | Allora egli mi disse: Questi sono i due unti che stanno presso il Signore di tutta la terra. |
