| 1 | Et il me fit voir Joshua, le grand sacrificateur, debout devant l'Ange de l'Éternel, et Satan se tenant à sa droite pour s'opposer à lui. | And he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of Jehovah, and Satan standing at his right hand to be his adversary. | Poi mi fece vedere il sommo sacerdote Giosuè, che stava ritto davanti all'angelo dell'Eterno, e Satana che stava alla sua destra per accusarlo. |
| 2 | Et l'Éternel dit à Satan: Que l'Éternel te tance, Satan; que l'Éternel, qui a choisi Jérusalem, te tance! Celui-ci n'est-il pas un tison sauvé de feu? | And Jehovah said unto Satan, Jehovah rebuke thee, O Satan; yea, Jehovah that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire? | L'Eterno disse a Satana: Ti sgridi l'Eterno, o Satana! Sì, l'Eterno che ha scelto Gerusalemme ti sgridi! Non è forse costui un tizzone strappato dal fuoco?. |
| 3 | Et Joshua était vêtu de vêtements sales, et se tenait devant l'Ange. | Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and was standing before the angel. | Or Giosuè era vestito di vesti sudicie e stava ritto davanti all'angelo, |
| 4 | Et l'Ange prit la parole et parla à ceux qui se tenaient devant lui, disant: Otez de dessus lui les vêtements sales. Et il lui dit: Regarde, j'ai fait passer de dessus toi ton iniquité, et je te revêts d'habits de fête. | And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take the filthy garments from off him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with rich apparel. | il quale prese a dire a quelli che gli stavano davanti: Toglietegli di dosso quelle vesti sudicie!. Poi disse a lui: Guarda, ho fatto scomparire da te la tua iniquità e ti farò indossare abiti magnifici. |
| 5 | Et je dis: Qu'ils mettent une tiare pure sur sa tête; et ils mirent la tiare pure sur sa tête, et le revêtirent de vêtements; et l'Ange de l'Éternel se tenait là. | And I said, Let them set a clean mitre upon his head. So they set a clean mitre upon his head, and clothed him with garments; and the angel of Jehovah was standing by. | Io quindi dissi: Mettano sul suo capo un turbante puro. Così essi gli misero in capo un turbante puro e gli fecero indossare delle vesti, mentre l'Angelo dell'Eterno era là presente. |
| 6 | Et l'Ange de l'Éternel protesta à Joshua, disant: | And the angel of Jehovah protested unto Joshua, saying, | E l'Angelo dell'Eterno ammonì solennemente Giosuè dicendo: |
| 7 | Ainsi dit l'Éternel des armées: Si tu marches dans mes voies, et si tu fais l'acquit de la charge que je te confie, alors tu jugeras aussi ma maison, et tu auras aussi la garde de mes parvis, et je te donnerai de marcher au milieu de ceux-ci qui se tiennent devant moi. | Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: If thou wilt walk in my ways, and if thou wilt keep my charge, then thou also shalt judge my house, and shalt also keep my courts, and I will give thee a place of access among these that stand by. | Così dice l'Eterno degli eserciti: Se camminerai nelle mie vie e osserverai la mia legge, anche tu governerai la mia casa e custodirai i miei cortili, e io ti darò libero accesso fra quelli che stanno qui. |
| 8 | Écoute, Joshua, grand sacrificateur, toi et tes compagnons qui sont assis devant toi, car ce sont des hommes qui servent de signes; car voici, je ferai venir mon serviteur, le Germe. | Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou and thy fellows that sit before thee; for they are men that are a sign: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant the Branch. | Ascolta dunque, o Giosuè, sommo sacerdote, tu e i tuoi compagni che siedono davanti a te, perché essi sono uomini di presagio, Ecco, io faccio venire il mio servo, il Germoglio, |
| 9 | Car voici, la pierre que j'ai placée devant Joshua: sur cette seule pierre, il y aura sept yeux; voici, j'en graverai la gravure, dit l'Éternel des armées; et j'ôterai l'iniquité de ce pays en un seul jour. | For, behold, the stone that I have set before Joshua; upon one stone are seven eyes: behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith Jehovah of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day. | Ecco la pietra che ho posto davanti a Giosuè: su quest'unica pietra ci sono sette occhi; ecco, io inciderò la sua iscrizione, dice l'Eterno degli eserciti, e rimuoverò l'iniquità di questo paese in un sol giorno. |
