And he said unto me, To measure Jerusalem, to see what is the breadth thereof, and what is the length thereof. | Gli domandai: Dove vai?. Egli mi rispose: Vado a misurare Gerusalemme, per vedere qual è la sua larghezza e qual è la sua lunghezza. |

| 8 | Car ainsi a dit l'Eternel des armées, lequel après la gloire m'a envoyé vers les nations qui vous ont pillés, que qui vous touche, touche la prunelle de son oeil. | For thus saith Jehovah of hosts: After glory hath he sent me unto the nations which plundered you; for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye. | Poiché così dice l'Eterno degli eserciti: La sua gloria mi ha mandato alle nazioni che vi hanno depredato, perché chi tocca voi tocca la pupilla del suo occhio. |
| 9 | Car voici, je vais lever ma main sur eux, et ils seront en proie à leurs serviteurs, et vous connaîtrez que l'Eternel des armées m'a envoyé. | For, behold, I will shake my hand over them, and they shall be a spoil to those that served them; and ye shall know that Jehovah of hosts hath sent me. | Ecco, io agiterò la mia mano contro di loro, ed esse diventeranno preda di quelli che erano loro asserviti; allora riconoscerete che l'Eterno degli eserciti mi ha mandato. |
| 10 | Réjouis-toi avec chant de triomphe, et t'égaye, fille de Sion; car voici, je viens, et j'habiterai au milieu de toi, dit l'Eternel. | Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion; for, lo, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of thee, saith Jehovah. | Manda grida di gioia, rallegrati, o figlia di Sion, perché ecco io verrò ad abitare in mezzo a te, dice l'Eterno. |
| 11 | Et plusieurs nations se joindront à l’Eternel en ce jour-là, et deviendront mon peuple; et j'habiterai au milieu de toi; et tu sauras que l'Eternel des armées m'a envoyé vers toi. | And many nations shall join themselves to Jehovah in that day, and shall be my people; and I will dwell in the midst of thee, and thou shalt know that Jehovah of hosts has sent me unto thee. | In quel giorno molte nazioni si uniranno all'Eterno e diventeranno mio popolo, e io abiterò in mezzo a te; allora riconoscerai che l'Eterno degli eserciti mi ha mandato a te. |
| 12 | Et l'Eternel héritera Juda pour son partage en la terre de sa sainteté, et il choisira encore Jérusalem. | And Jehovah shall inherit Judah as his portion in the holy land, and shall yet choose Jerusalem. | E l'Eterno prenderà possesso di Giuda come sua eredità nella terra santa e sceglierà ancora Gerusalemme. |
| 13 | Que toute chair se taise, devant la face de l'Eternel, car il s'est réveillé de la demeure de sa sainteté. | Be silent, all flesh, before Jehovah; for he is waked up out of his holy habitation. | Ogni carne stia in silenzio davanti all'Eterno, perché egli si è destato dalla sua santa dimora. |
