| 22 | The enemy shall not exact from him, Nor the son of wickedness afflict him. | Il nemico non lo opprimerà e il perverso non lo affliggerà. |

| 33 | But my lovingkindness will I not utterly take from him, Nor suffer my faithfulness to fail. | ma non ritirerò la mia benignità da lui e non lascerò che la mia fedeltà venga meno. |

| 38 | But thou hast cast off and rejected, Thou hast been wroth with thine anointed. | Ma tu ci hai abbandonato e respinto; ti sei grandemente adirato contro il tuo unto. |
| 39 | Thou hast abhorred the covenant of thy servant: Thou hast profaned his crown [by casting it] to the ground. | Tu hai disprezzato il patto fatto col tuo servo e hai profanato la sua corona, facendola cadere a terra. |
| 40 | Thou hast broken down all his hedges; Thou hast brought his strongholds to ruin. | Hai abbattuto tutte le sue difese e hai ridotto in rovine le sue fortezze. |
