Cantique. Psaume. Make a joyful noise unto God, all the earth:To the director. A song of praise. Everything on earth, shout with joy to God!
Sing forth the glory of his name: Make his praise glorious.Praise his glorious name! Honor him with songs of praise!
Dites à Dieu: Que tes oeuvres sont redoutables! Say unto God, How terrible are thy works! Through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies submit themselves unto thee.Tell God how wonderful his works are! God, your power is very great! Your enemies bow down. They are afraid of you!
(Sélah.)All the earth shall worship thee, And shall sing unto thee; They shall sing to thy name. SelahLet the whole world worship you. Let everyone sing praises to your name. SELAH
Come, and see the works of God; [He is] terrible in his doing toward the children of men.Look at the things God did! Those things amaze us.
He turned the sea into dry land; They went through the river on foot: There did we rejoice in him.God made the sea become dry land. His happy people walked across the river.
(Sélah.)He ruleth by his might for ever; His eyes observe the nations: Let not the rebellious exalt themselves. SelahGod rules the world with his great power. God watches people everywhere. No person can rebel against him. SELAH
Oh bless our God, ye peoples, And make the voice of his praise to be heard;People, praise our God. Sing loud songs of praise to him.
Who holdeth our soul in life, And suffereth not our feet to be moved.God gave us life. And God protects us.
Car tu nous as éprouvés, ô Dieu; tu nous as fait passer au creuset comme l'argent. For thou, O God, hast proved us: Thou hast tried us, as silver is tried.God tested us, like people test silver with fire.
Tu nous avais amenés dans le filet; tu avais mis sur nos reins un pesant fardeau;Thou broughtest us into the net; Thou layedst a sore burden upon our loins.God, you let us be trapped. You put heavy burdens on us.
Thou didst cause men to ride over our heads; We went through fire and through water; But thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place. You let our enemies walk on us. You dragged us through fire and water. But you brought us to a safe place.
I will come into thy house with burnt-offerings; I will pay thee my vows,So I will bring sacrifices to your temple. When I was in trouble, I asked you for help.
Which my lips uttered, And my mouth spake, when I was in distress.I made many promises to you. Now, I am giving you the things that I promised.
(Sélah.)I will offer unto thee burnt-offerings of fatlings, With the incense of rams; I will offer bullocks with goats. SelahI am giving you sin offerings. I am giving you incense with the rams. I am giving you bulls and goats. SELAH
Come, and hear, all ye that fear God, And I will declare what he hath done for my soul. All of you people worshiping God, come and I will tell you what God did for me.
Je l'ai invoqué de ma bouche; aussi ma langue l'exaltera.I cried unto him with my mouth, And he was extolled with my tongue.I prayed to him. I praised him.
If I regard iniquity in my heart, The Lord will not hear:My heart was pure, so my Master listened to me.
But verily God hath heard; He hath attended to the voice of my prayer.God listened to me. God heard my prayer.
Blessed be God, Who hath not turned away my prayer, Nor his lovingkindness from me. Psalm 67 For the Chief Musician; on stringed instruments. A Psalm, a song.Praise God! God did not turn away from me—he listened to my prayer. God showed his love to me!
