| 2 | Et ils l'observaient pour voir s'il le guérirait le jour de sabbat, afin de l'accuser. | And they watched him, whether he would heal him on the sabbath day; that they might accuse him. | Ed essi lo stavano ad osservare per vedere se lo avesse guarito in giorno di sabato, per poi accusarlo, |
| 3 | Et il dit à l'homme qui avait la main desséchée: Lève-toi là devant tous. | And he saith unto the man that had his hand withered, Stand forth. | Ed egli disse all'uomo che aveva la mano secca: Alzati in mezzo a tutti!. |
| 4 | Et il leur dit: Est-il permis de faire du bien le jour de sabbat, ou de faire du mal? de sauver la vie, ou de tuer? Mais ils gardaient le silence. | And he saith unto them, Is it lawful on the sabbath day to do good, or to do harm? to save a life, or to kill? But they held their peace. | Poi disse loro: E' lecito in giorno di sabato fare del bene o del male, salvare una vita o annientarla?. Ma essi tacevano. |
| 5 | Et les ayant regardés à l'entour avec colère, étant attristé de l'endurcissement de leur coeur, il dit à l'homme: Étends ta main. Et il l'étendit, et sa main fut rétablie. | And when he had looked round about on them with anger, being grieved at the hardening of their heart, he saith unto the man, Stretch forth thy hand. And he stretched it forth; and his hand was restored. | Allora egli, guardatili tutt'intorno con indignazione, rattristato per la durezza del loro cuore, disse a quell'uomo: Stendi la tua mano!. | 8 | et de la Judée, et de Jérusalem, et de l'Idumée, et de par delà le Jourdain. Et ceux des environs de Tyr et de Sidon, une grande multitude, ayant entendu les choses qu'il faisait, vinrent vers lui. | and from Jerusalem, and from Idumaea, and beyond the Jordan, and about Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, hearing what great things he did, came unto him. | ed anche da Gerusalemme, dall'Idumea e da oltre il Giordano; similmente una gran folla dai dintorni di Tiro e di Sidone, udendo le grandi cose che egli faceva, venne a lui. |
| 9 | Et il dit à ses disciples qu'une petite nacelle fût là à sa disposition, à cause de la foule, afin qu'elle ne le pressât pas; | And he spake to his disciples, that a little boat should wait on him because of the crowd, lest they should throng him: | Allora egli disse ai suoi discepoli di tenergli sempre pronta una barchetta per non essere schiacciato dalla folla. |
| 10 | car il en guérit beaucoup, de sorte que tous ceux qui étaient affligés de quelque fléau se jetaient sur lui afin de le toucher. | for he had healed many; insomuch that as many as had plagues pressed upon him that they might touch him. | Poiché egli ne aveva guariti molti, tutti quelli che avevano malattie si accalcavano attorno a lui per toccarlo, |
| 11 | Et les esprits immondes, quand ils le voyaient, se jetaient devant lui et s'écriaient, disant: Tu es le Fils de Dieu. | And the unclean spirits, whensoever they beheld him, fell down before him, and cried, saying, Thou art the Son of God. | E gli spiriti immondi, quando lo vedevano, si prostravano davanti a lui e gridavano, dicendo: Tu sei il Figlio di Dio!. |
| 12 | Et il leur défendait très-expressément de le faire connaître. | And he charged them much that they should not make him known. | Ma egli li sgridava severamente, perché non dicessero chi egli fosse. |
| 13 | Et il monte sur une montagne, et il appelle ceux qu'il voulait; et ils vinrent à lui; | And he goeth up into the mountain, and calleth unto him whom he himself would; and they went unto him. | Poi egli salì sul monte, chiamò presso di sé Quelli che volle; ed essi si avvicinarono a lui. |
| 14 | et il en établit douze pour être avec lui, et pour les envoyer prêcher, | And he appointed twelve, that they might be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach, | Quindi ne costituì dodici perché stessero con lui e potesse mandarli a predicare, |
| 15 | et pour avoir autorité de guérir les maladies et de chasser les démons; | and to have authority to cast out demons: | e avessero il potere di guarire le infermità e di scacciare i demoni. |
| 16 | et il surnomma Simon, Pierre; | and Simon he surnamed Peter; | Essi erano: Simone al quale pose nome Pietro; |
| 17 | et Jacques le fils de Zébédée et Jean le frère de Jacques, et il les surnomma Boanergès, ce qui est: fils de tonnerre; | and James the [son] of Zebedee, and John the brother of James; and them he surnamed Boanerges, which is, Sons of thunder: | Giacomo figlio di Zebedeo e Giovanni fratello di Giacomo, ai quali diede il nome di Boanerges, che vuol dire: "Figli del tuono"; |

| 19 | et Judas Iscariote, qui aussi le livra. | and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed him. And he cometh into a house. | e Giuda Iscariota, quello che poi lo tradì. |
| 20 | Et ils viennent à la maison; et la foule s'assemble de nouveau, en sorte qu'ils ne pouvaient pas même manger leur pain. | And the multitude cometh together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread. | Poi entrarono in una casa. E la folla si radunò di nuovo, tanto che non potevano neppure prendere cibo. |
| 21 | Et ses proches, ayant entendu cela, sortirent pour se saisir de lui; car ils disaient: Il est hors de sens. | And when his friends heard it, they went out to lay hold on him: for they said, He is beside himself. | E quando i suoi parenti udirono ciò, uscirono per prenderlo, perché dicevano: Egli è fuori di sé |
| 22 | Et les scribes qui étaient descendus de Jérusalem, dirent: Il a Béelzébul; et: Par le chef des démons, il chasse les démons. | And the scribes that came down from Jerusalem said, He hath Beelzebub, and, By the prince of the demons casteth he out the demons. | Ma gli scribi, che erano discesi da Gerusalemme, dicevano: Egli ha Beelzebub e scaccia i demoni con l'aiuto del principe dei demoni. |
| 23 | Et les ayant appelés, il leur dit par des paraboles: Comment Satan peut-il chasser Satan? | And he called them unto him, and said unto them in parables, How can Satan cast out Satan? | Ma egli, chiamatili a sé, disse loro in parabole: Come può Satana scacciare Satana? |
| 24 | Et si un royaume est divisé contre lui-même, ce royaume-là ne peut pas subsister. | And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. | E se un regno è diviso contro se stesso, quel regno non può durare. |
| 25 | Et si une maison est divisée contre elle-même, cette maison-là ne peut pas subsister. | And if a house be divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand. | E se una casa è divisa in parti contrarie, quella casa non può durare. |
| 26 | Et si Satan s'élève contre lui-même et est divisé, il ne peut pas subsister, mais il vient à sa fin. | And if Satan hath rise up against himself, and is divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end. | Così, se Satana insorge contro se stesso ed è diviso, non può durare, ma è giunto alla fine. |
| 27 | Nul ne peut entrer dans la maison de l'homme fort, et piller ses biens, si premièrement il n'a lié l'homme fort; et alors il pillera sa maison. | But no one can enter into the house of the strong [man], and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong [man]; and then he will spoil his house. | Nessuno può entrare in casa dell'uomo forte e rapirgli i suoi beni, se prima non ha legato l'uomo forte; solo allora potrà saccheggiare la sua casa. |
| 28 | En vérité, je vous dis que tous les péchés seront pardonnés aux fils des hommes, et les paroles injurieuses, quelles qu'elles soient, par lesquelles ils blasphèment; | Verily I say unto you, All their sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and their blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme: | In verità vi dico che ai figli degli uomini sarà perdonato ogni peccato e qualunque bestemmia essi diranno; |
| 29 | mais quiconque proférera des paroles injurieuses contre l'Esprit Saint n'aura jamais de pardon; mais il est passible du jugement éternel. | but whosoever shall blaspheme against the Holy Spirit hath never forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin: | ma chiunque bestemmierà contro lo Spirito Santo, non ha perdono in eterno; ma è sottoposto a giudizio eterno. |
| 30 | C'était parce qu'ils disaient: Il a un esprit immonde. | because they said, He hath an unclean spirit. | Asseriva questo perché dicevano: Egli ha uno spirito immondo. |
| 31 | Ses frères et sa mère donc viennent; et se tenant dehors, ils l'envoyèrent appeler; | And there come his mother and his brethren; and, standing without, they sent unto him, calling him. | Nel frattempo giunsero i suoi fratelli e sua madre e, fermatisi fuori, lo mandarono a chiamare. |
| 32 | et la foule était assise autour de lui. Et on lui dit: Voici, ta mère et tes frères, là dehors, te cherchent. | And a multitude was sitting about him; and they say unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren without seek for thee. | Or la folla sedeva intorno a lui; e gli dissero: Ecco, tua madre e i tuoi fratelli sono là fuori e ti cercano. |
| 33 | Et il leur répondit, disant: Qui est ma mère, ou qui sont mes frères? | And he answereth them, and saith, Who is my mother and my brethren? | Ma egli rispose loro, dicendo: Chi è mia madre, o i miei fratelli?. |
| 34 | regardant tout à l'entour ceux qui étaient assis autour de lui, il dit: Voici ma mère et mes frères; | And looking round on them that sat round about him, he saith, Behold, my mother and my brethren! | Poi guardando in giro su coloro che gli sedevano intorno, disse: Ecco mia madre e i miei fratelli. |
| 35 | car quiconque fera la volonté de Dieu, celui-là est mon frère, et ma soeur, et ma mère. | For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother. | Poiché chiunque fa la volontà di Dio, questi è mio fratello, mia sorella e madre. |
