Therefore have I uttered that which I understood not, Things too wonderful for me, which I knew not. | Chi è colui che offusca il tuo consiglio senza intendimento? Per questo ho detto cose che non comprendevo, cose troppo alte per me che non conoscevo. |

| 7 | Or après que l'Eternel eut dit ces paroles à Job, il dit à Eliphas Témanite: Ma fureur est embrasée contre toi, et contre tes deux compagnons; parce que vous n'avez pas parlé droitement de moi comme Job mon serviteur. | And it was so, that, after Jehovah had spoken these words unto Job, Jehovah said to Eliphaz the Temanite, My wrath is kindled against thee, and against thy two friends; for ye have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job hath. | Ora, dopo che l'Eterno ebbe rivolto queste parole a Giobbe, l'Eterno disse a Elifaz di Teman: La mia ira si è accesa contro te e contro i tuoi due amici, perché non avete parlato di me rettamente, come ha fatto il mio servo Giobbe. |
| 8 | C'est pourquoi prenez maintenant sept taureaux, et sept béliers, et allez vers Job mon serviteur, et offrez un holocauste pour vous, et Job mon serviteur priera pour vous; (car certainement j'exaucerai sa prière,) afin que je ne vous traite pas selon votre folie; parce que vous n'avez pas parlé droitement devant moi, comme a fait Job mon serviteur. | Now therefore, take unto you seven bullocks and seven rams, and go to my servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt-offering; and my servant Job shall pray for you; for him will I accept, that I deal not with you after your folly; for ye have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job hath. | Ora dunque prendete con voi sette tori e sette montoni, andate dal mio servo Giobbe e offrite un olocausto per voi stessi. Il mio servo Giobbe pregherà per voi; e così per riguardo a lui non vi tratterò secondo la vostra follia, perché non avete parlato di me rettamente come ha fatto il mio servo Giobbe. |
| 9 | Ainsi Eliphas Témanite, et Bildad Suhite, et Tsophar Nahamathite vinrent, et firent ce que l'Eternel leur avait commandé; et l'Eternel exauça la prière de Job. | So Eliphaz the Temanite and Bildad the Shuhite and Zophar the Naamathite went, and did according as Jehovah commanded them: and Jehovah accepted Job. | Elifaz di Teman e Bildad di Shuah e Tsofar di Naamath andarono e fecero come l'Eterno aveva loro ordinato; e l'Eterno ebbe riguardo a Giobbe. |
| 10 | Et l'Eternel tira Job de sa captivité quand il eut prié pour ses amis; et il rendit à Job le double de tout ce qu'il avait eu. | And Jehovah turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: and Jehovah gave Job twice as much as he had before. | Quando Giobbe ebbe pregato per i suoi amici, l'Eterno lo ristabilì nel precedente stato; così l'Eterno rese a Giobbe il doppio di tutto ciò che aveva posseduto. |
| 11 | Aussi tous ses frères, et toutes ses soeurs, et tous ceux qui l'avaient connu auparavant, vinrent vers lui, et mangèrent avec lui dans sa maison, et lui ayant témoigné qu'ils compatissaient à son état, ils le consolèrent de tout le mal, que l'Eternel avait fait venir sur lui; et chacun d'eux lui donna une pièce d'argent, et chacun une bague d'or. | Then came there unto him all his brethren, and all his sisters, and all they that had been of his acquaintance before, and did eat bread with him in his house: and they bemoaned him, and comforted him concerning all the evil that Jehovah had brought upon him: every man also gave him a piece of money, and every one a ring of gold. | Tutti i suoi fratelli, tutte le sue sorelle e tutti i suoi conoscenti di prima vennero a trovarlo, mangiarono con lui in casa sua; essi lo confortarono e lo consolarono di tutte le avversità che l'Eterno aveva mandato su di lui; quindi ognuno di essi gli diede un pezzo d'argento e un anello d'oro. |
| 12 | Ainsi l'Eternel bénit le dernier état de Job plus que le premier, tellement qu'il eut quatorze mille brebis, et six mille chameaux, et mille couples de boeufs, et mille ânesses. | So Jehovah blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: And he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she-asses. | Ora l'Eterno benedisse gli ultimi anni di Giobbe più dei primi, perché egli ebbe quattordicimila pecore, seimila cammelli, mille paia di buoi e mille asine. |
| 13 | Il eut aussi sept fils, et trois filles. | He had also seven sons and three daughters. | Ebbe pure sette figli e tre figlie; |
| 14 | Et il appela le nom de l'une Jémina, et le nom de l'autre Ketsiha, et le nom de la troisième Kéren-happuch. | And he called the name of the first, Jemimah: and the name of the second, Keziah; and the name of the third, Keren-happuch. | e chiamò la prima Jemimah, la seconda Ketsiah e la terza Keren-Happuk. |
| 15 | Et il ne se trouva point dans tout le pays de si belles femmes, que les filles de Job; et leur père leur donna héritage entre leurs frères. | And in all the land were no women found so fair as the daughters of Job: and their father gave them inheritance among their brethren. | In tutto il paese non c'erano donne così belle come le figlie di Giobbe; e il padre assegnò loro una eredità tra i loro fratelli. |
| 16 | Et Job vécut après ces choses-là cent quarante ans, et il vit ses fils, et les fils de ses fils, jusqu'à la quatrième génération. | And after this Job lived a hundred and forty years, and saw his sons, and his sons` sons, [even] four generations. | Dopo questo Giobbe visse centoquarant'anni e vide i suoi figli e i figli dei suoi figli per quattro generazioni. |
| 17 | Puis il mourut âgé et rassasié de jours. | So Job died, being old and full of days. Book I Psalm 1 | Poi Giobbe morì vecchio e sazio di giorni. |
