Pourquoi n'es-tu pas descendu dans ta maison ? | And when they had told David, saying, Uriah went not down unto his house, David said unto Uriah, Art thou not come from a journey? wherefore didst thou not go down unto thy house? | Quando informarono Davide della cosa e gli dissero: Uriah non è sceso a casa sua, Davide disse a Uriah: Non vieni forse da un viaggio? | 11 | Urie répondit à David : L'arche et Israël et Juda habitent sous des tentes, mon seigneur Joab et les serviteurs de mon seigneur campent en rase campagne, et moi j'entrerais dans ma maison pour manger et boire et pour coucher avec ma femme ! Aussi vrai que tu es vivant et que ton âme est vivante, je ne ferai point cela. | And Uriah said unto David, The ark, and Israel, and Judah, abide in booths; and my lord Joab, and the servants of my lord, are encamped in the open field; shall I then go into my house, to eat and to drink, and to lie with my wife? as thou livest, and as thy soul liveth, I will not do this thing. | Uriah rispose a Davide: L'arca, Israele e Giuda abitano in tende, il mio signore Joab e i servi del mio signore sono accampati in aperta campagna. Et Urie resta à Jérusalem ce jour-là et le lendemain. | And David said to Uriah, Tarry here to-day also, and to-morrow I will let thee depart. So Uriah abode in Jerusalem that day, and the morrow. | Allora Davide disse a Uriah: Rimani qui anche oggi e domani ti lascerò partire. Così Uriah rimase a Gerusalemme quel giorno e il giorno seguente. |
| 13 | David l'invita à manger et à boire en sa présence, et il l'enivra ; et le soir, Urie sortit pour se mettre sur sa couche, avec les serviteurs de son maître, mais il ne descendit point dans sa maison. | And when David had called him, he did eat and drink before him; and he made him drunk: and at even he went out to lie on his bed with the servants of his lord, but went not down to his house. | Davide lo invitò quindi a mangiare e a bere insieme a lui e lo fece ubriacare. Ne savez-vous pas qu'on lance des traits du haut de la muraille ? | it shall be that, if the king`s wrath arise, and he say unto thee, Wherefore went ye so nigh unto the city to fight? knew ye not that they would shoot from the wall? | se il re andasse in collera e ti dicesse "Perché vi siete avvicinati alla città per combattere? Non sapevate che avrebbero tirato dall'alto delle mura? |
| 21 | Qui a tué Abimélec, fils de Jerubbéscheth ? n'est-ce pas une femme qui lança sur lui du haut de la muraille un morceau de meule de moulin, et n'en est-il pas mort à Thébets ? Pourquoi vous êtes-vous approchés de la muraille ? Alors tu diras : Ton serviteur Urie, le Héthien, est mort aussi. | who smote Abimelech the son of Jerubbesheth? did not a woman cast an upper millstone upon him from the wall, so that he died at Thebez? why went ye so nigh the wall? then shalt thou say, Thy servant Uriah the Hittite is dead also. | Chi uccise Abimelek, figlio di Jerubbesceth? | 24 | les archers ont tiré du haut de la muraille sur tes serviteurs, et plusieurs des serviteurs du roi ont été tués, et ton serviteur Urie, le Héthien, est mort aussi. | And the shooters shot at thy servants from off the wall; and some of the king`s servants are dead, and thy servant Uriah the Hittite is dead also. | allora gli arcieri tirarono sui tuoi servi dall'alto delle mura e alcuni dei servi del re sono morti, ed è morto anche il tuo servo Uriah lo Hitteo. |
| 25 | David dit au messager : Voici ce que tu diras à Joab : Ne sois point peiné de cette affaire, car l'épée dévore tantôt l'un, tantôt l'autre ; attaque vigoureusement la ville, et renverse-la. Et toi, encourage-le ! | Then David said unto the messenger, Thus shalt thou say unto Joab, Let not this thing displease thee, for the sword devoureth one as well as another; make thy battle more strong against the city, and overthrow it: and encourage thou him. | Allora Davide disse al messaggero: Dirai così a Joab: "Non ti addolori questa cosa, perché la spada divora or l'uno or l'altro; combatti con maggior forza contro la città e distruggila". E tu fagli coraggio. |
| 26 | La femme d'Urie apprit que son mari était mort, et elle pleura son mari. | And when the wife of Uriah heard that Uriah her husband was dead, she made lamentation for her husband. | Quando la moglie di Uriah udì che Uriah suo marito era morto, fece cordoglio per suo marito. |
| 27 | Quand le deuil fut passé, David l'envoya chercher et la recueillit dans sa maison. Elle devint sa femme, et lui enfanta un fils. Ce que David avait fait déplut à l'Éternel. | And when the mourning was past, David sent and took her home to his house, and she became his wife, and bare him a son. But the thing that David had done displeased Jehovah. | Terminato il lutto, Davide la mandò a prendere e l'accolse in casa sua. Ella divenne sua moglie e gli partorì un figlio. Ma ciò che Davide aveva fatto dispiacque all'Eterno. |
